    The design and manufacture of mechanical equipment adopts advanced design methods such as finite elements, coupled with the company's strict and scientific quality management system, to ensure product quality, with sufficient strength and rigidity, to meet the requirements of improving various working conditions, and to withstand various working loads And accident load.

    It is mainly composed of main shaft, friction wheel, rolling bearing, bearing seat, bearing cover, friction lining, fixed block, pressure block, etc.

    The friction wheel adopts high-quality low-alloy steel 16Mn welded structure, stress thermal failure treatment, with sufficient strength and good rigidity. The structure adopts finite element analysis, the design is reasonable and reliable, the processing adopts strict process control means, and the perfect quality control system of our company is adopted to ensure reliable performance and safe use.

    The spindle is made of fine medium carbon steel forging. In the process of mechanical processing, heat treatment is adopted to adjust the internal organization, secondary nondestructive testing, mechanical performance test and other means to carry out quality control to ensure the performance and ensure the reliability of the main shaft as the main part of the hoist.

    The brake disc is made of high-quality low-alloy steel. The smoothness and end-face runout of the brake disc meet the requirements of relevant national standards to ensure the transmission of braking torque.

    The connection between the drum and the main shaft adopts high-strength bolt large plane friction pair transmission technology, and the drum web and the main shaft flange are fastened together with high-strength bolts, and the load is transmitted by friction torque.

    Principle of 3.1 Multi-rope Friction Hoist
