Product Introduction
The overall equipment structure of the automatic zinc stripping unit is shown in Figure 1-1. The automatic zinc stripping unit is composed of the upper equipment of the zinc stripping unit, the lower equipment of the zinc stripping unit and the electric control system of the zinc stripping unit. The upper equipment of the zinc stripping unit is used for zinc stripping, scrubbing, plate removal, plate repair, cathode plate transfer and other operations, the lower equipment of the zinc stripping unit is used for zinc receiving, palletizing, weighing, reprinting and other operations, and the electric control system of the zinc stripping unit is used to realize the automatic operation control of the whole zinc stripping unit. The layout of zinc stripping unit in electrolysis workshop is shown in Fig. 1-2.

The upper equipment of the zinc stripping unit includes: pre-cleaning equipment, pre-stripping equipment, main stripping equipment, spacing adjustment equipment, cathode plate weighing, scrubbing machine equipment, plate hanging (plate picking) trolley, plate taking (plate patching) trolley, transverse chain equipment, plate picking chain equipment, plate patching chain equipment, zinc stripping transmission chain equipment, scrubbing transmission chain equipment, plate carrying trolley, plate placing rack, etc, the upper equipment of zinc stripping unit is shown in Fig. 1-3.

The lower equipment of the zinc stripping unit includes: chute, belt conveyor, automatic palletizer, automatic weighing mechanism, automatic code spraying mechanism, shovel loading and lifting mechanism and chain transmission mechanism, etc. The lower equipment of the zinc stripping unit is shown in Figure 1-4.
